Matthieu Dupont de Dinechin graduated as an engineer before completing architectural studies. He works as a freelance architect specialized in ecological buildings. He has been teaching Blender in Grenoble School of Architecture and is a  trainer for architects, freelances and firms for more than ten years.

He wrote the book "Blender 2.6: 3D pour l'architecture" published by Eyrolles, and was part of the collective book "Créer avec Blender" published by Pearson.

Aside, he founded and is the fabmanager of the fablab Chantier Libre ( www.chantierlibre.org ) where he can fully enjoy  turning into real objects his 3D design through 3D printing and CNC machining.
